Where is the Sweet Faraday studio? 

47 Somerset Road, Redhill, RH1 6LT 

 

Is there parking? 

There is free parking in the surrounding streets but please be mindful of our neighbours and park considerately. 

 

Do I need to bring anything to classes? 

All materials are provided unless otherwise stated.

We provide aprons however we suggest wearing old comfy clothes to avoid disappointment from accidental spills etc.

Do I need to sign up for a full term? 

All classes and art clubs require a full-term commitment so that we can guarantee your place and ensure we have materials. Classes and clubs are planned in advance for the term as this allows us to facilitate larger projects over several weeks.

How do I make payment for a club, workshop, party etc.? 

To book please email hello@sweetfaradaystudio.co.uk. Once received we will contact you regarding availability and invoicing. Bookings are made on a first come, first served basis. To confirm your child’s place, payment is required within 2 days of receiving your invoice at which point the place will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.

What happens to my booking in the event of low bookings? 

In the event of low bookings, Sweet Faraday Studio reserves the right to cancel any clubs, workshops, courses or events.

In these rare instances, those already booked will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another club, workshop

or course (availability dependent). 

 

What if I need to change or cancel my booking? 

Cancellations made up to 4 weeks before a club, workshop, course or event starts will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made after this point will receive a partial refund of 50% or the option to transfer to another club, workshop or course (availability dependent). Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before a club, workshop, course or event starts

are non-refundable. 

 

I haven’t received my invoice? 

We send our invoices out via QuickBooks. On rare occasions they go to the junk or spam folder of your email account.
